Here's what my day was like today:
Exercise: Yes! Total body cardio :)
Bfast- 2 eggs with fresh garlic, scallions, red pepper, and a miz of cheddar and parmesan cheese. Super yum-o and filling
snack 1- oat and honey 1/2 granola bar (of package)
lunch- apple bran muffin from timmy hoes and green smoothie made with spinach and greek yogurt
snack 2- 1/2 graham cracker, 2 PB lance crackers (okay, yeah that's gross I know...)
dinner- chick peas, cukes, tomatoes, basalmic vinegar, onion powder salt. Yum! Then cut up banana and strawberries in unsweetened almond milk, with cinnamon. Slightly heated :))
bedtime snack- tiny bit of protein powder with unsweetened almond milk.
Cheats for the day: cream in my coffee!!!
Overall I had a pretty good day even though I did not stick to the plan 100 million%. But I'll take it!!
