exercise: full day at Wegmans
bfast: oatmeal, berries, and banana w/ cinnamon and slivered almonds
snack 1: two eggs with scallions
lunch: cukes, tomatoes, basalmic, chick peas, onion powder
snack 2: broccoli with mozzarella
dinner: one yellow container of Heart2Heart cereal (Kashi), 3 large strawberries, 1/2 protein shake
bedtime snack: 1 graham cracker, 5 pieces multigrain crostini, 1/6 of whole wheat roll
cheats: 2 bites cookie, 4 combos, 3 andes candies (sore throat day lol)
